How do I ask my question?
- If you have not yet registered your birth information, please click on "register your birth data here", which is near the top of the page. After that you can return and click on the "Post Message" link near the top of the page. If you already have registered your birth data before, you can just post your message.
How do I reply to any question or response?
- Click on the subject(in red) of the message you want to reply to. This brings up the text of the message. At the bottom of this page you will see "Post a Followup" followed by blank fields for you to enter your name and email address. Then you will see the message repeated in a box labeled "Comments". After entering a carriage return, you can type your response to that message in the same box. You can enter an optional URL if you want in the blank fields below "Comments". But you must click the button labeled "Submit Follow Up" at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, your reply will not be received. If you click "Reset" at the bottom of the page, all data will be erased.
How can I correct something I already submitted?
